All the products go through an intensive layer of checks before they are dispatched.

There are chances that the product might get damaged in transit.

We are happy to offer a 3- day return policy. We do not offer refunds on personalized items, Sale Items unless there is a product defect. 

Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Any items that were damaged during transit must also have the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

In case you have received the wrong product. You need to call customer support or write to us within 48 hours of the delivery.

To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to Radium Designs Pvt. Ltd., C-32, TTC INDUSTRIAL AREA, MIDC, PAWANE, Navi Mumbai, Thane , India 400705.
  2. Email us at hello@lillyandsparkle.com with images and video of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.

Please note the following important processes, once you have initiated a return pick-up:

  1. Subsequent to us approving the return pick up based on the images you have shared, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 7-10 business days (Not including Sunday)
  2. A pickup will be done once (which includes 3 attempts by the delivery partner). Incase the pickup is cancelled by the customer, there will be additional charge for initiating pickup again
  3. COD Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item either as STORE CREDIT in your account (if you have created one) or we can do online refund via NEFT within 7 business days. Store credit will be valid for 1 year from the date of its issuance and can be used to shop for any item on the lillyandsparkle.com.
  4. Prepaid Orders: Once the item is received by us, we will refund the amount of that item via the initial payment mode (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank account) within 7 business days.
  5. Please allow at least 12-15 business days for the entire return process to be completed.

WARRANTY

EXCHANGES

You can exchange an item purchased on www.lillyandsparkle.com with the same item or another item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

CANCELLATIONS

We only accept cancellations within 12 hours from the time that the order is placed. To cancel an order, please contact us by sending an email at  hello@lillyandsparkle.com with your order number within 12 hours.

Refund Policy

Refunds for the returned orders/ Length of the process:

In case of a return, we process the refund once the products have been received

and verified at our warehouse.

If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon

or combined /promotional offer(s), are returned then the coupon code/offer will no

longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be

included in the refund.

 For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking , the refund will

be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-

48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 5-7 additional

business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

 For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the

refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be

completed within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back and your

bank details on email. It will take an additional 5-7 business days for the amount

to reflect in your account.

Returns/Refund will not be accepted under the following conditions:

 Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse

 Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing,

freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged

 Serial Number is tampered with.

 Defective products that are not covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty

 Product is used

 If request is initiated after 14 business days of order delivery

 Free product provided by brand
